Our hand made wool felted “I Love That You are My Grand-Daughter” Heart String is made with our ivory, pink, and red wool felted hearts and two large pink felted hearts. Decorated with an embroidered felt "I Love that You are My Grand-Daughter” patch at the center and finished with a pink and red tassel at the end. Approximately 32 inches long. Packaged in a pink bandana cloth bag.
